Live Oak County Historical Commission

                  People and Places

The Live Oak County Historical Commission is dedicated to the preservation of Live Oak County's history as it relates to community, state, country, and our world.

With this bearing comes a need to also tell stories, marker research, awards, and publications often not already recognized on this site.

Therefore this section of our website is dedicated to those living, past and present, for the magnificent contributions they gave and give every day. We wish for those who have entered eternity to have their stories told and not lost to history.

Anyone who would like to contribute to this project, contact the webmaster so that your stories about people in Live Oak County can be shared with the world.
